Like many other service-based businesses, our services are priced based on the specific needs of each individual client.

Turnaround time depends on the scope of the project and other variables, such as response time of client for reviews. We will provide you with an estimated completion timeline when we send over your custom quote.

Here is a general idea of turnaround time for some of our services:

• Brand Design: 4-6 weeks
• Graphic Design: 4-10 business days
• Social Media: varies

We can include printing services within your quote however, we do not fulfill printing services in-house.

For clients who require printing, we can suggest local or national companies for them to use themselves or we can handle sending, proofing, and scheduling delivery for our clients for an added fee.

If an issue arises due to printing, the client with need to reach out directly to the printer for a resolution. Ollie Kat Design assumes no responsibility for third-party printing.

We currently use a third-party project management dashboard called “Basecamp” to manage our clients and their projects. Once you become a client of Ollie Kat Design, you will be set up with a free dashboard in Basecamp. From this dashboard, you can review proofs, communicate revisions, request new projects, view project timelines, and more.

We have management options that do not require a contract however, clients who sign a 12-month contract receive a discounted monthly rate.
